Health and Fitness

My husband and I moved over to Gold's Gym Hamilton Mill this past November. We love it! I especially enjoy  the classes (spin, cynergy, core, power, Zumba) and their movie cardio  theatre!

I also enjoy making protein shakes for breakfast as I spent my high school and college days working at a shake stand. These shakes fill me up and can be made with any type of protein and practically any ingredient!
